1991 Leaf – Kevin Plawecki
Since my photo a day project is now over I have a little more time to post here. This is a long overdue card of former Purdue catcher Kevin Plawecki. Kevin is now in the minors, and I can’t wait to see him when he gets up to the bigs.

Since the 2012 Purdue baseball team is getting their rings tonight I thought that I would post a couple of their cards on here. I made these for fun with a few pictures that I liked from the season.
1989 Upper Deck – Miguel Cabrera
This is the same picture as the ’67 Topps card, but I felt that Miguel really needed a couple of more cards on here because of his fantastic accomplishment. 1967 Topps – Miguel Cabrera
This is a very quickly done card to commemorate the achievement by the Tigers first baseman. I really never thought that I would see a triple crown in my lifetime. I guess that it was bound to happen, and it is amazing that it did. This seems like a simple design to copy, but for some reason Photoshop just wasn’t giving me the fonts that I wanted.
