2011 csd Preview – Jose Valverde

Jose is in the preview set because of his pitching style. He is a hard thrower with a great delivery. I also love his nickname of Papa Grande.

This picture was yet another one taken on Labor Day as the Tigers were playing the White Sox. I had seen Jose pitch earlier, but I just felt that this picture fit the card the best.
