1985 Topps – Pee Wee Reese

This is yet another statue that I took a picture of that I wanted to include on a card. I will let the cat out of the bag and say that the new set will be made up of statues that I have seen. I seem to have a large number of pictures of them so I decided to make a subset out of them. That is why I was unsure if I should release some of these cards because some of them have the same pictures on them. I decided to just go for it.

The statue of the Dodger great is located outside of Louisville Slugger Stadium in Louisville, KY. For some reason when I see a statue I take a picture. It is something that I have done for years. When it is someone unexpected to me I think the picture is a little cooler. Until I looked into it I had no idea why this statue of a Dodger was in Kentucky.
